Q2 2023 Construction Update

Exciting construction updates for Q2 of 2023! Our current projects are making remarkable progress and transforming before our eyes. SONA 

SONA saw the internal scaffolding begin to come down during Q2 to allow fitting of the cladding to the atrium and balustrades. Meanwhile the final fix of M+E is underway, along with the installation of the kitchens which have now been installed up to the 5th floor. The decorating team will commence once the M+E has been completed, followed by the flooring being laid..

 

Royal Canal Works

Royal Canal Works, our development of 40 apartments plus exclusive townhouses along the canal in Stretford  continues to progress well, with the apartment block roof now nearly complete and water proof. The internal partitions and ceiling grids are nearly all installed now and the windows are due to start going in during quarter 3. The upcoming quarter will also see the lift shafts being constructed, drylining boards underway and the first fix M+E continuing to progress.

 

Osborne Yard

Osborne Yard saw the start of works commence at the end of June. Following the removal of a mobile telephone mast from the site last year, and subsequent services that powered the antenna, pre-construction works have been taking place in preparation for works to commence – a key milestone for the project. The scheme will deliver 85 apartments and 5 3-bed townhouses, along with private, gated parking for residents.
