We Can Do the Whole Journey | Howard Lord Talks to Insider
Our founder, Howard Lord, recently spoke to Insider Media about the journey behind CERT Property,
Our 90-home scheme in Collyhurst, Osborne Yard, has topped out and is progressing towards completion in Q3, 2025.
Along with our main contractor, Arca Construct, we celebrated reaching the significant milestone onsite with a topping out ceremony at the six-storey project last week.
Osborne Yard is set to deliver 83 high specification apartments and 7 townhouses with ground floor amenities and generous landscaping, together with private residents’ parking in Manchester’s largest urban regeneration area, Victoria North.
We’re delighted to reach the top at Osborne Yard, taking us closer to realising our contribution to the vision for the Collyhurst regeneration zone. The scheme sees a number of parcels of brownfield land brought together, supporting a positive transition for the area into a connected and vibrant community.
The appeal of the scheme and area has been proven with 80% of the development now sold.
Osborne Yard, designed by Elevate Architects, provides apartments that are larger than average for the city centre, to appeal to families and couples looking for more space, with flexible layouts, home working zones, and on site amenities, yet are priced competitively compared to other new projects in and around the Ancoats and New Islington areas.
We are planning to deliver a hattrick of schemes in 2025, all to be managed by our in-house property management team, with two BTR schemes coming to fruition in the city region; including SONA, opposite the Apollo in Ardwick, and the 81-home Peelers Yard project, backed by Myprotein founder Oliver Cookson in New Cross.
