What is CERT Life?

CERT Life is our residents’ new digital home-from-home. It brings together everything the tenants need to manage their tenancy, stay informed, and feel part of the community, all in one easy-to-use app.

Here’s what residents can do with it:

• Tenancy Management – Submit maintenance requests, make tenancy enquiries, and view all relevant documents for tenants’ property and building in one central location.

• Stay Informed - Keep up to date with building updates, community announcements, and what’s happening around town, all from the newsfeed.

• Connect with Neighbours - The app doubles as a community hub where tenants can meet the others living in their building or nearby CERT properties. Post updates, share experiences, and get to know the community.

• Explore Local Events - See what’s happening locally, from social gatherings to workshops and cultural events. We keep the CERT community in the loop with activities and opportunities to get involved.

• Use the Marketplace - The community can buy, sell, or swap items with others in within the community. This is perfect for decluttering, furnishing tenant’s space, or supporting a local side hustle.

• Access Local Discounts - Tenants can enjoy exclusive deals and discounts at nearby cafes, restaurants, fitness studios, and other local businesses. We’re partnering with our favourite neighbourhood spots to bring them perks just for being part of the CERT community.
• Unlock Additional Services – CERT Life opens the door to a growing range of optional, value-added services, from cleaning and laundry to wellness subscriptions, and pet care. These added offerings not only enrich the resident experience but also contribute to ancillary income opportunities, creating a pathway toward a more integrated and future-ready ‘subscription living’ model.
