An opportunity arose in 2021 for us to step in to save the SONA site following an unfortunate start-stop to the development; due to the prior owners’ contractors hitting financial difficulties. Following our acquisition from a private consortium of investors we appointed a new contractor, RECOM, in October 2021, and following a lengthy process of due diligence we are delighted that the SONA development is back on track and primed for completion in Winter 2022.
