A mixed-use scheme to regenerate a derelict 1.2 acre site in city centre Nottingham close to the train station.
CERT identified the site and the planning potential for a mixed-use PRS / student scheme after examining a complex planning history.
The stunning brick facade building will be built up of 420 student bedrooms, 149 apartments. These bespoke design apartments and rooms will be overlooking landscape with central courtyard.
CERT promoted the site through the planning process with planning granted Q1 2019. An onward sale of the site was concluded in 2020.
