99 apartments & townhouses in a re-energised Manchester city centre district.

Located in one of Manchester’s newest yet oldest neighbourhoods, New Cross is a highly accessible location, surrounded by an abundance of amenities and is conveniently located just a short stroll away from the bustling districts of Ancoats, the Northern Quarter and the City Centre.

The site of the early-19th century Royal Lancastrian School, the land has been operating as a car park for a number of years. Our proposed development will see the site offer 99 thoughtfully designed apartments and townhouses as well as a new public courtyard and a rooftop garden for residents.

The project will be our second Build-to-Rent scheme in New Cross sitting across the street from our Peelers Yard development of 81 apartments and townhouses. 

Both schemes are to be operated by CERT upon completion.
