Howard set up CERT in 2006 at the age of 23 and has grown the company from a bootstrapped start-up to now employing 28 employees. In 2015, Howard took the decision to transform CERT from a consultancy business to become a developer and manager of residential and commercial properties across the North West.

The focus was on working with investors from around the globe and providing those investors and partners with access to property investment opportunities that generate long term value, growth and social impact. Since then having delivered c.£200m of projects to date, his biggest motivation is adding value through real estate by creating places people want to live and work, and the ability to positively impact people’s lives through nurturing talent.
