Construction has kicked off on our 90-home Victoria North scheme, Osborne Yard.
The five storey project will see 85 high specification apartments and 5 townhouses being created with ground floor amenities and generous landscaping, together with private residents’ parking in Manchester’s largest urban regeneration area, Victoria North.
We are working in partnership with Heatley Developments, who are acting as main contractor on the site. Site clearance works commenced Q3 2023, including demolition of the former decommissioned fuel station, and removal of the below ground fuel tanks. With preparation now complete for the piling mat to be created, the piling works will start in March.
Alongside Heatley Developments, we have assembled a number of parcels of land to form the site over the last 5 years, with the scheme receiving a grant funding allocation from the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) via the Brownfield Housing Fund in December, supporting the project to provide a positive outcome for the local community and economy.

In addition to Osborne Yard, we have three further schemes under construction in the city region, including SONA, a BTR project opposite the Apollo in Ardwick, set to complete early summer, Royal Canal Works, bringing quality affordable canal-side homes to Stretford, and the 81-home Peelers Yard BTR project, backed by Myprotein founder Oliver Cookson in New Cross.
