CERT Property Podcast launched | Listen now
We understand that it is not easy to keep up-to-date with the latest property news and industry reports; that’s why our experts at CERT have been working hard behind the scenes to deliver the ultimate UK property podcast. No jargon, no egos, just meaningful insight into the property industry (and a few bad jokes).
Over the coming months, you’ll have access to the monthly CERT property podcast – available on all the usual streaming platforms – where we will provide our unique insight and analysis on the most talked about topics in the industry.
With over 16 years of experience in the property sector, our team has well-established relationships with independent experts who we will be inviting to join us on the podcast to share tips on their areas of expertise to help investors get the most out of their portfolios.
Several expert guests are lined up throughout the series, including accountants, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and asset managers. If there is a particular topic you would like us to cover, drop us a DM on the CERT Property Instagram account.
Alongside our industry guests, our in-house team of property leaders is keen to share their knowledge to help potential investors make the most out of their next investment. No topic will be left out, from commercial and residential property market assessments and predictions, discussions around challenges faced as a property investor, to some of our motivations and our vision.
Episode 1: CERT Property Podcast
In the first episode of the series, our hosts, founder and Managing Director Howard Lord & Head of Property Management Paul Shakeshaft provide an overview of what listeners can expect from this new podcast series.
Howard takes us on the journey of how CERT was formed, and why a community and lifestyle-led approach to property has helped the company stand out by adding value through doing things differently.
During the first instalment of the series, Paul and Howard also discuss the changes they have seen across the property market since the company’s launch in 2006 and how economic changes, including the 2008 global financial crisis and the more recent Covid-19 pandemic, affected the industry.
We love hearing feedback from our community, so take a screenshot and tag @cert_property on Instagram to let us know what you think. Remember to keep an eye out on our social channels for an opportunity to submit questions for our property experts, and don’t forget to subscribe to the series, so you never miss an episode.
