CERT Property starts converting Atherton House into 48 apartments
Sitting within Trafford Council’s proposed Civic Quarter, CERT have started the conversion of Atherton House, project Kinetic, into the proposed 48 apartments. The latest in a series of office-to-residential projects in the area.
Planning permission was first secured by CERT in 2017 under permitted development rights to convert the office building into 48 apartments.
