CERT Property plans to convert Atherton House into 48 apartments.
Wilton Developments is set to sell Atherton House on Talbot Road in Old Trafford, with new owner CERT Property set to convert the five-storey office building into 48 apartments.
Consultant CERT Property has acted on a number of large scale schemes in Manchester, including West Point, also in Old Trafford, which is due to be converted into 326 apartments
