Armitage Construction appointed to John Dalton Street project

Armitage Construction has been appointed to work on the John Dalton Street scheme.

The GMCA-funded initiative, which we are behind, is anticipated to complete in Q4 2018. It will involve office space being converted into apartments, which will be marketed by Julie Twist Properties.

Howard Lord, our managing director, said: “We are aiming with this scheme to deliver some of the finest apartments available in Manchester, right in the heart of the city. Each has been meticulously designed to appeal to owner-occupiers looking for something bespoke and high quality with a choice of interior design finishes.

“It’s exciting project and we are looking forward to working with both with the council as funder and Armitage Construction on the build.”

Daniel Armitage, managing director of Armitage Construction, added: “The John Dalton Street development will provide four high-specification apartments within a fantastic city centre location. We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and look forward to working alongside CERT Property and Elevate Architects on this scheme.”

Elevate Architects is also working on the project.
