Our founder, Howard Lord, recently spoke to Insider Media about the journey behind CERT Property,
We’ve secured a new tenant for our creative and tech hub, Elevator Studios, in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
Quirky Digital, an award-winning search marketing agency, has taken up residence on the first floor with a 2,650 sqft space for its growing team. Choosing our plug and play offering, Quirky Digital have everything they need to be fully operational from day one.

They have so much to offer and will be introducing a new and valuable skill set to our Elevator community. They’re going to be such a great addition”
Elevator Studios is ideally positioned directly opposite the Cains Brewery and newly opened Box Park, in a collection of historical warehouses that were abandoned until the property’s restoration in 2007. The buildings host the best of the Baltic’s creative and technology business under its roof, alongside a number of commercial spaces taken by the likes of hospitality independent Arts Bar Baltic, at the centre of the property, and Giant Bikes, operating a store front position.
Quirky Digital’s managing director, Liam Quirk adds “It’s amazing to see how much Quirky has grown and expanded since I started the business four and a half years ago. Our previous space on Water Street was the perfect home for us for so long as we continued to grow and develop our services further. But with our more rapid growth over the last two years, it was clear that we needed more space and room to continue this level of expansion.”
“I have been looking for a new space for quite some time and our new office in Elevator Studios is the perfect location. Not only do we have almost double the space to accommodate more employees as we welcome more talent to our team, but we have a variety of break out areas and meeting rooms for our employees to carry out their best work. As the Founder, it’s essential that I provide an office that promotes creativity and provides an environment that supports our staff and I feel that our new office space delivers on that. Myself and the team are very excited for our new chapter at Quirky in Liverpool’s creative hub.”

We acquired Elevator Studios in 2020 and fully operate the building with our in-house property management team. Mia continues: “Elevator Studios is a hub enriched by its versatile community, consisting of both established creatives and businesses and those starting out and looking to grow. It’s wonderful to welcome a new tenant to the building, alongside watching our existing tenants expand and flourish. We’re delighted to be able to facilitate business growth in Liverpool.”
