The design finish of Oxid House is quite unique, over a zinc and aluminium ground floor level, the upper exterior walls are clad in perforated copper panels providing a ‘pre-rusted effect’, sympathetic with its industrial heritage of the former foundry furnaces and engineering works that once dominated the area.
