Having acquired this iconic building in May 2018, Centric – a nod to its prime location in the financial district – has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme aim to restore the vibrancy to the property and the Moorfields district.
What immediately struck us was how this building’s beautiful architecture had been lost in its recent inactivity. Our refresh to the facade and entrance uses the tone of the exterior exaggerated curves and symmetry to create a luxurious yet intimate working space; in the reception and co-working hub, we encourage people from different companies to cross paths and create a collaborative community.
