A prime location in Liverpool’s financial district.

Having acquired this iconic building in May 2018, Centric – a nod to its prime location in the financial district – has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme aimed to restore the vibrancy to the property and the Moorfields district.

What immediately struck us was how this building’s beautiful architecture had been lost in its recent inactivity. Our refresh to the facade and entrance uses the tone of the exterior’s exaggerated curves and symmetry to create a luxurious yet intimate working space; in the reception and co-working hub, we encourage people from different companies to cross paths and create a collaborative community.




Centric House caters to a selection of occupiers, from recruitment service Proactive Personnel who have been residents of the ground floor home since 2016, whilst the first floor is one to a number of SMEs. The upper floors are open flexible floor plates and adaptable to bespoke fits outs or unitising, whilst providing lift, toilet ands heating amenities. 

As we can offer a number of office configurations from 110 sq ft to 6000 sq ft, Centric House is perfectly placed as a collaborate work space hub for a range of occupiers in Liverpool’s financial district. Some of current tenants include marketing specialists, fitness experts, counselling services and graphic designers. 



Centric’s closest neighbour is Moorfields train station, situated directly opposite, providing excellent transport links to the building’s tenants and the wider financial district of Liverpool.

Just a minutes walk opens up a world of culinary choices, including the highly successful 6 by Nico and Rudy’s Pizza venues. The very best of Liverpool’s history and culture is also within walking distance such as the pier head and three graces, the Cavern Club, Royal Albert dock and wider leisure activities such as Liverpool One shopping centre.
