Built in 1800 as the Union Newsroom and once home to Liverpool’s first public library. It also housed the natural history collections given to Liverpool by the Early of Derby. From 1992 to 2019 it was home to one of Liverpool’s longest running businesses, the shipping company Bibby. This is property with heritage that deserves to be brought into a contemporary use.
Duke & Parr is an exciting new development to breathe new life into this historical gem allowing a new community to experience its hidden charms for the first time.
