An income producing industrial estate investment, located on an arterial route into Manchester
Unconditional purchase of an income producing industrial park out of receivership. The park also had potential for both active asset management and residential redevelopment, being located with main road frontage to one of Manchester’s main arterial roads close to both a motorway junction and metrolink station. CERT asset managed the site to deliver an uplift in rents, taking the yield to a 20% yield on purchase and the park to full occupancy and then exited to a private investor.
