The park also had potential for both active asset management and residential redevelopment, being located with main road frontage to one of Manchester’s main arterial roads close to both a motorway junction and metrolink station. CERT asset managed the site to deliver an uplift in rents, taking the yield to a 20% yield on purchase and the park to full occupancy and then exited to a private investor.
