CERT property has refurbished 16,965 sq ft of accommodation on the second, third and fourth floors of Centric House, a former Barclays Bank office in Moorfields, off Dale Street.
Targeted at the financial and professional services sector, the three floors being marketed now provide potential occupiers with modern amenities including flexible floor plates, intelligent lighting and new heating and cooling systems.
