Role Summary

In this role you will focus mainly on the commercial building accounts we manage playing a key role within the accounts team and provide an important link between accounts and the rest of the business. You will work in a challenging and innovative environment, undertaking a multitude of duties across the business. This is a varied and exciting role for someone who is looking to join a company that is expanding rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Bank reconciliations across multiple companies
  • Raising tenant invoices
  • Rent reconciliation in sage and working with our Property management team
  • Making landlord payments
  • Picking up queries and liaising with internal departments to provide solutions
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Entering and maintaining customer and supplier information into Sage
  • Credit control
  • Updating Internal sheets
  • Admin tasks such as opening & scanning post, cashing in cheques etc
  • Ad hoc filing and tasks

Key Skills

  • Communication
  • Sage line 50 experience
  • Property Management experience would be beneficial
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisation
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
